• Order delivery time is based on: 1) Print Turnaround Selection 2) Shipping Method. The “Print Turnaround” is the amount of time it takes to print your order. This is different than the shipping method. Print turnaround options include “Standard-3 DAY”, and “RUSH-1 DAY”. This means your order will be shipped within three (3) business days or one (1) business day following the date the order was placed. Orders requiring art assistance may take longer than 3 days due to art creation and approval requirements.
• Your shipping method selection is made at checkout. It is different than your print turnaround time. Just4banners ships from Los Angeles, California. Order ship time is independent of print turnaround.
• We will complete the order according to your chosen turnaround time (3-day, 1-day, same-day). We may ship sooner if scheduling allows, and may ship later if your deadline allows it.
• For any order requiring a proof, print turnaround begins at the time of proof approval. Ready to print artwork will be printed immediately. There are no proofs for ready-to-print banners.
• Large projects (Quantities 20+) may require additional days to complete. Just4banners is not responsible for delays on large projects due to issues with artwork, shipping destination, or other client related issues. Just4banners reserves the right to charge the balance due for any and all products that have been shipped regardless of whether or not it constitutes the completion of the order. Larger quantity orders with square footage exceeding 600 square feet may need to be upgraded in print turnaround or shipping method. We will inform you of whole or partial upgrades if they are necessary in order to meet project deadlines. Large orders may take longer than one to three days to print even if it has been upgraded to “RUSH” status.
• All order upgrades (size change, shipping/turnaround method, etc.) must be processed before Just4banners will ship your order. All order upgrades require written approval (i.e. email) in order to be processed.
• The main method of customer communication Just4banners utilizes is electronic mail (email). We may use other communication methods such as telephone or postal communication.
• Grommets are metal eyelets used for hanging banners and our standard is 2-3 feet apart. You can request specific grommeting instructions in the finishing options and special instructions.
• Pole Pockets are four (4) inch pocket that fits a 2-2.5 inch pole used for hanging. They can be on any side of the banner.
• Special finishing instructions must be written in the special instructions or order comments. Just4banners is not responsible for slight variances in finishing (i.e. grommet distance) unless special finishing instructions are included in the order.
• Due to the increasing difficulty and time spent following up on past due invoices, Sirena Inc will no longer be accepting PO’s or offering payment terms. All work must be paid in full prior to any printing.
• For orders requiring a proof, Just4banners will not print orders until we have received approval of proofs. Just4banners will only accept written proof approvals (email e.g.). Proof approval time may change your print turnaround time.
• Print turnaround is contingent upon proof approval. Just4banners will not be held liable for email delivered to spam folders.
• While we try our best to accommodate special color requests we DO NOT color match for less than 100 pieces per order. Customers with very stringent color matching requirements are encouraged to call the office to request a “color and material sample” for a small fee in advance of their order.
• While Just4banners saves and archives artwork for all orders, Just4banners reserves the right to delete artwork at the discretion of Just4banners.
• Just4banners is responsible for completing orders as they are placed. It is the responsibility of the customer to review and confirm their order for completion and accuracy.
• Just4banners will not be held liable for late projects due to miscalculation in delivery dates via chosen shipping method, print turnaround, and proof approval.
• If an order is time sensitive it is the sole responsibility of the customer to make sure they have planned their order according to their time constraints.
• Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or adjusted. No refunds on custom products. All sales are final. Just4banners is not responsible for your missed deadlines.
• If the purchased merchandise arrives damaged or is defective, contact us immediately to begin the claim process. Claims are replaced with only identical graphics for ready-to-print. Each damaged/defective request requires a photo of the damage/defect and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• All claims must be reported within seventy-two (72) hours of order delivery.
• Banner stands are non-refundable. They carry a 1-year replacement warranty for defects.
• The entire content of this site is copyrighted and owned by Just4banners. This includes graphics, photographs and text and is protected by the copyright laws of the United States. Just4banners copyrighted material may be collected for personal use only.
• Just4banners is not responsible for any damages caused by the use or misuse of any products we provide.
• The limit of liability Just4banners is responsible for includes the purchase price of the order. Orders cancelled before they ship are awarded full purchase and shipping costs. Once an order has been shipped there will be no refunds.
• In the event that a product price is calculated inaccurately due to technical errors Just4banners reserves the right to cancel the order. Price modifications and/or upgrades to the order will not be processed without written consent of the customer.
• Just4banners reserves the right to terminate these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.
• Just4banners reserves the right to cancel and refund any order at any time, without notice.
